Mrs. Jessie Bell Perkins, wife of Frank Perkins, died at her home, three miles northwest of this city, Monday of septicemia. She had been ill since Wednesday of last week. The deceased was born in Nicholas County, Kentucky and was aged forty five years, four months and twenty-nine days.
She was married May 20, 1903, in this city to Mr. Frank Perkins, who with one child, seventeen months old, survives her. Mrs. Perkins also leaves a mother, Mrs. Elizabeth Moler, one brother, Levi F. Moler of Indianapolis and two sisters, Mrs. May Schultz of this city and Mrs. Kate Harmon of Bloomington. Mrs. Perkins was a member of Central Christian church in this city and also the local order of Eastern Star. Before her marriage she was engaged in the millinery business in this city for several years. Interment at Oak Hill.
