Subject: geneaology - Samuel Emerson and wife Lena Frasher
Hi Sherry,
I happily stumbled upon your website with info on the Samuel Emerson and Lena Wilhemina Frasher. They are the great-great-grandparents of my husband, who descends from their daughter Dora Gertrude Emerson (1st husband Charlie Cornelia White, 2nd husband John William Morgan).
Thank you for compiling all this info - are you a descendent as well?
The info I have, including some photos of the children of Samuel and Lena, is all on my ancestry.com tree. Let me know if you want me to send you the link. I have more info on Dora's descendants, if you are interested.
I noticed your question about Lena being listed sometimes on death certificates as "Lena Will" - I think this was an attempt to show her middle name as Lena Wilhemina.
