Page 109. Bond. [See also the bond on Page 106] I, Raphael Boarman of CC, bind myself to John H. Boarman of CC, in the just sum of 500,000 £, this Jan 10, 1793. On Jun 10, 1774, there was a resurvey made of Boarmans Help, exclusive of part of Boarmans Help, which resurvey is, by mutual consent, to be divided between Raphael Boarman and John H Boarman and the division to be made by Cleon Clements & Edward Edelen, bounded by the head of Hencocks branch, Boarmans Rest, Boarmans Low grounds, a resurvey called Boarmans Meadows, part of Boarmans Help, Boarmans Enlargement Amended. Raphael Boarman and John H Boarman are to receive an equal quantity of land, with John H Boarman's land being to the left of the division line. These conditions being complied with, this bond to be void. Signed - Raphel Boarman. Wit - Cleon Clements, Edward Edelin. Recorded Jun 17, 1793.
Will dated 29 May 1807, had Codicil on 29 May 1807 and proved on 22 Aug 1807.
