  Notes	Mary, daughter of John Crawford and Mary McConnell is not the Mary who married James McBride, as is often thought to be the case. John's daughter Mary Crawford died of smallpox about 1763; whereas, Mary Crawford McBride was having children long after that. (See Mary Crawford ID No. I32597)
