You don't know me and I am not searching the Owen name. I am putting together a marriage book for Linn county, Kansas using newspaper announcements of marriages. I found this from a newspaper:
Linn County Republic (KS) (newspaper)-May 21,1915-page 8:
"Word was received this week of the marriage of Loie Madden to D. F. Owen in Yreka, (Siskiyu County) California, May 1. Mrs. Owen is the only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Madden living in California. Mr. Madden is a brother of Mrs. H. A. Strong and the late J. H. Madden. He visited his relatives in Mound City several years ago. The newly married couple will live in Sacramento.
