- Henry married in 1830 (4) Sarah N. _______. (Family historian Edward S. Stone listed her as Nora Nall.) On 21 January 1834, Henry petitioned the Legislative Council of Florida for a divorce from Sarah N. Stone, who had left him more than two years earlier. It was referred to a select committee of Mooring, Robinson, and Prescott, who recommended that a divorce be granted. The divorce was granted Saturday, 1 February 1834.
