  From: Jane Matthews To: Sent: Friday, April 07, 2000 5:08 PM Tilpah got a divorce , or he did, and she remarried Ben C. Franklin, her overseer. The marriage was told in a history of the county. I do not find any papers on this but it was a Catholic settlement under the Mexican Government. The officers for Mexico were housed in the Orr inn.
