Deceased Name: Frank J. Nardi Frank Joseph Nardi
83, of Auburn died at 3:22 p.m. Monday at Doctors Hospital.
He was born March 24, 1905, in Dalzell, a son of Joseph and Mary Bonacorsi Nardi. Prior to hi s retirement in 1970, he was a maintenance helper for the Panhandle Eastern Pipeline Co. fo r 35 years.
Mr. Nardi was a member of the Auburn United Methodist Church; Panhandle Eastern Pipeline Reti rees Club; former alderman of Auburn; and former Auburn Township trustee. Mr. Nardi was an ac tive golfer and bowler for many years and in 1980 was named a member of the Greater Springfie ld Bowling Association Hall of Fame.
Preceding him in death were a sister, Anna Nardi; two brothers, Primo and Victor Nardi; and o ne grandson.
Surviving are his wife, Gertrude Perrine Nardi; three daughters, Mrs. Ellis (Charlotte) McKai n of Auburn, Mrs. Ed (Mary Alice) Kochman, of Rochester, Mrs. Nelson (Sandra) Goodman of Owan eco; one son, Robert F. of Bremerton, Wash.; three sisters, Pearl Bartolotti of Quincy, Laur a Girardi of Benld and Mrs. Harold (Theresa) Langheim of Virden; four brothers, Arthur of Spr ingfield, Fred of Girard, John of Bremerton, Wash., and Albert J. of Auburn; seven grandsons ; one granddaughter; several nieces and nephews.
Berry Funeral Home, Auburn, is in charge of arrangements.
