- There's no record found as to which Foster Margaret married after Willoughby's death, only that his name was Foster. There was an Isaac Foster in Frederick Co found in the Tax Rolls for 1759 and 1764.

A land deal for Isaac shows some similarities of land descriptions of George Neavill and Solomon Jones (see their notes in this file), which are suspect that there is some kind of connection. Isaac even sold this land to a John Jones. But Isaac moved away to West Virginia. Of the brothers, it looks doubtful. Researcher comment that there were many Fosters, cousins to this line, but with the land deal and the Frederick County connection, it seems doubtful that he could have been a different line of Fosters. More research is needed.

As it happens the Foster family did link into this genealogical file though in a different line from this one. Isaac's youngest daughter, Mary "Polly" married Alexander Brown. Alexander's mother was Jane Doak, grandchild of James Samuel Doak from Ireland, through Samuel Doak. My direct ancestor is Samuel's sister Ann Doak who married George Breckenridge - my father's paternal line.
